Prioritized Hunt Ring Group taking a long time to move to next extension in the Group.

We recently installed the 3CX SMB Free 10 for a client and are using a Prioritized Hunt group. Incoming calls are ringing the first extension in the group for over 24 rings before moving on to the next extension in the group. I found the initial user ring time in seconds was set to 20 seconds per user and reduced it down to 5 seconds. Unfortunately, there has been no change in the length of the ring time between transfers. Is there a configuration setting I'm missing to push the call to the next extension in the ring group faster?

The default ring time of the Ring group in SMB is 60 seconds. Where exactly have you made the change to be 5 seconds?

I made the change in each user/extension since the call(s) were not timing out and moving on to the next extension in the hunt group. The only time a call moves to the next extension is if the first extension in the group is busy or in DND otherwise it rings for I'm guessing 60 seconds at which time callers get frustrated and hang up.

So, the changes were made under the extension time-out forwarding rule. This, though, will not have an effect on ring group call times.

The time-out is set to 60 seconds, which cannot be changed.

I've just installed a 3cx smb and this unreasonably long time for calls to drop out of ring group to mailbox is causing major grief! Customer says it is unworkable and frankly i agree - why 60 seconds? and why not a timer to adjust?
The fact i cant even upgrade from smb to pro means i would have to buy a whole new licence to get around this and loose money!
is there any way at all of changing this or getting around it?

60 seconds, as a default, does seem a bit long, to expect a caller to wait. If a call isn't answered in 3 rings, or so, then it should move onto the next hunt group member.
