Solved pro license converted back to free license

Hi,

I was reading on the comparison of the free license versus the pro license. Is it true that when converted back to the free license the phone BLF will not work anymore?
We have phone that can monitor other extension. After reverted back to the free license the monitor extension will not work anymore.
IF this is true I do need to get the Pro license.?

A number of years back that was true.

They improved the free offer since then.

To add to what @QueBall has said, we've improved the state of the Trial / Free licenses. If you ever need to see what functionality is included or excluded per license edition, please feel free to check the Edition Comparison here. As you can see, 'Busy Lamp Field (BLF)' is included in the Standard license features list.
