Unsupported Problem integrating Mediatrix 4102S

I have tried to integrate a Mediatrix 4102S FXS gateway according to the Using an FXS Mediatrix Gateway with a 3CX IP PBX Server tutorial. Unfortunately, there is already a problem relatively at the beginning.

After I put the integration templates in the necessary place in the file system and refreshed the application, a brand Mediatrix appears according to section 3.2, but the dropdown for model/device remains empty.



What am I doing wrong?

I have tried contacting support there, but so far no response.

I have attached the corresponding XML file here. Maybe someone can take a look at it and find the problem.
