Problem SIP with BERONET

Hello All,

I have a problem registering a BeroNet gateway 4 BRI (bf4S0)

The SIP trunk between 3CX and the gateway does not go up.

During SIP TCPDUMP (realized on 3CX server), I have the message :
E..?..@.@.>...2...2......+..SIP/2.0 404 User unknown.

I followed the tutorial indicated on the site (Network, update Firmware, Wizard 3CX configuration)

I have in the past setup a few of these and they are pretty simple. If if the auto-provisioning guide is not working I would login to the unit as you have several areas of which you can tell if SIP registration is taking place (Full trace is for logging, dial plan debug is for calls failing).

Pretty much the beroNet comprises of 3 areas the dialplan, SIP interface and PSTN interface. I would check the settings on the SIP interface but also confirm if on 3CX that the device is registered under trunks >> Gateways.
