Problem to reach phone extension

Hello,

We are having a problem reaching an outside customer on their extension number.

When we are using 3CX Desktop V.18, Chrome or Edge and call the customer and want to reach their extension number (ex: 4167) directly, we are redirected to another extension.

However, it works perfectly with 3CX Desktop V16 and with Firefox.

Are you aware of this issue?
