Problem to register

I'm moving from an asterisk
I have problem to register to me operator.

in me conf I asterisk I using:
register => pilotuser@domain:auth-username@proxy

How Can I configure this to do in 3CX

I'm not sure that i understand exactly what are you trying to do.
Have you already deployed 3CX and want to register the operator extension?
If this is the case, is the PBX remote to the clients or local and are you using a 3cx client or an ip phone?

From my knowledge of Asterisk that looks like a line from sip.conf in Asterisk by where you are making a registration attempt to a proxy server - I would imagine as part of a registration to a provider possibly ?

If I have interpreted this correctly then please take a look at this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sip-trunks/

Within the SIP Trunk you have "Outbound Proxy" this would be the 3CX interpretation.

If I have got this wrong as mariosM_3CX says can you provide more information.
