problem with directed call pickup **

Hello All, I have a system with elastix 2.3

The directed call pickup ** has anything to do with custom contexts?

I have "Entire Basic Internal Dialplan" set to allow in custom contexts.

when I try to pickup the call with ** + extensionNumber it says: "declined" in the phone.

on feature codes I have enabled the ** Code (Default)

Seems to me, that the issue is on your phone's internal dial plan, it has not allowed both *, just one..
-- Executing [*4314@from-internal:1] Pickup("SIP/4309-000000ab"

Check it, and try to use it with a softphone, that way you will see that the issue is on your phone and not on elastix.

I have added the pickup app into extensions-override-freepbx and direct pickup feature is working. the only Issue I'm experimenting now is that I'm using custom contexts and I can only direct-pickup calls from extensions on the same context. any ideas? shouold I place the pickup app in other place?

Same problem for me, I can pick extension in the same contet, but not in an other context.

Do you have found a solution?
