problem with incoming calls

Hello!i am using a huawei p8 lite (ANDROID 6.O) and i have a 3cx client 15 on it (15.0.71). when i get a voip call the phone vibrates but it remains on the home screen and i cant see who is calling or answer the call. after 2-3 second the call is forward through a sim card on the switch of the company and i can get the call through my phone (not acx).

any thoughts?

I have just tested with a p8 lite and the android client 15.0.71 and the push works as expected. I can see who is calling and answer the call. The phone is also on Android 6. Check you phones power and notification settings and make sure the client is excluded from any power saving options.
