Inbound calling is working fine. Outbound calls get a fast-busy and disconnect.
Only one outbound rule, Calls to numbers with a length of: 10 Route 1=Amazon Chime Connector, Strip=0, Prepend=+1

Check the 3CX Activity log to see if the dialed digits actually match the rule, and are sent to your provider. In other words. is the call being rejected by 3CX, or by your provider, for some reason.
You will probably have to set the log to Verbose, for any meaningful information.

Okay, that helped. Here is what I found:
Cause: 400 Source number is not valid E.164 or anonymous value/INVITE

Any suggestions on where to set the Source Number?

Problem solved, it was the Caller ID setting in the outbound rule. Changed it to be E.164 compliant and it worked!

Glad you were able to work it out. The caller ID issue had crossed my mind (providers are pretty strict with CID) , but i figured that if you had a look at the logs, and it was a provider issue, then the error message should provide a clue as to what changes were required.
