problem with provisioning file - for Snom Phone

Hi,

we are using 3CX with SNOM360/SNOM370 Phones.

We are working with provisioning files and normally this is working fine.

Now i tried to change settings for Casing Mic, Handset Mic and Headset Mic.

So for example i added to the XML provisioning file:
<vol_handset_mic perm="">7</vol_handset_mic>

When i reboot the phone I can see the new value (7) in the admin-interface of the phone.

So everything looks to be working,

BUT:
when I change the value in the provisioning file again. The value in the phone will not be updated again (never). So what can I do, or what I am doing wrong.

Are you changing the provisioning file or the provisioning template?

If it is the template you will have to make a change in the extension for it to recreate a new provisioning file based on the new template.

If the provisioning file is correct but the phone does not pick it up you may need to restart the web server as this sometimes caches files (as web servers should) which means it delivered the cached old file to the phone not the changed file.
