Problem with register 3CXPhone on Ext PBX IP

Have problem with register 3CXPhone for Android on Galaxy R (I9103) on "External PBX IP", . But "Local PBX IP" works perfectly with same PBX (asterisk 1.8.7.0) on this device when switch "I am Out of Office" are off.
Surprisingly other SIP clients like gateways, softphones (EyeBeam, yours 3CXPhone 1.1.4 on iPhone!) registered and work perfectly with external interface.

How to see logs on "Galaxy R" when 3CXPhone try to connect to ext PBX? I try to catch but no any udp packets via tcpdump on external interface from Galaxy R ip when 3CXPhone write "Registering..." followed by "Not registered".

Can anyone test 1.3.4 on Samsung I9103(Galaxy R)?

If you have gone over the settings comparing them to those on the iPhone 3Cx phone, which you say works, then it must be something to do with your phone itself. It may be a compatibility issue (hopefully someone else with that model can confirm), or it may be something else , provider restriction/modification to the set, or conflict with another App.
