Problem with Snom M700/M900 uaCSTA and 3CX updates

Since nearly two years uaCSTA is working well with Snom M700 (and also now the newer M900) so I add the "M700,M900" strings to the custom parameter "CSTA_USER_AGENTS".
The problem is that I keep forgetting it that I added the setting and the custom settings are gone with each PBX update.

Is there a way to make sure that custom settings survive 3CX updates?

Or even better, since it's working for such a long time already, can this be simply added to the 3CX default config?
I guess my customers are not the only ones who like to use CTI to make calls directly from their ERP/CRM system. So adding this setting would benefit a lot companies who might not be aware that uaCSTA works with Snom M700/M900.

As per the guide, CTI is not supported for the M700 or M900. To that end, it won't be added to the default config.

Thank you for the answer!
I know that guide but that was written back in the time when it actually wasn't supported by Snom (that worked only from version BS420B01) and I thought that it was simply forgotten by 3CX to be changed there (I must admit I haven't been checking it for ages).

Are you aware of any limitations and why it is not supported? So far I have three customers constantly using CTI with M700 with no complaints. Or is it really that it was simply forgotten by 3CX?

From a software perspective we only support CSTA when there is only one account per device and of course, it is supported by the device itself.
