Problem with time zone

I'm installing some fanvil X303G phone behind a fanvil V62 router phone.

Autoproivisioning will set a lot of parameters but still set time zone to GMT-11.

If I set correct time after a phone restart with reprovisionig it will set time zone to GMT-11

No problems witch V62 router phone

I set correct time work on the phone web interface

Hi,

X303G is not supported so you will not get the correct settings.

However, if you upgrade to the V18 Update 8 Alpha, you will see support for it.

Add the phone after you upgrade and let me know if you still have issues.
