Buongiorno,
vi chiedo gentilmente su un problema di configurazione su STUN FANVIL, lo attacco nella sede remota, aggiorno firmware alla versione richeista, metto interno e psw casella vocale
il telefono prende la configurazione dell interno ma alla fine viene fuori SIP REGISTER FAILED , ha tutta la configurazione in pancia , ma non si connette

Hi Christian,

For STUN to work correctly you must port-forward the phone behind the router/modem.


Also you must disable SIP-ALG feature on the router/modem.


STUN is not a guaranteed success, so please consider using the 3CX SBC at the location where you have the phone installed.

Alternatively, use our 3CX app / web app / mobile app instead of the IP phone.

lato centralino le porte sono tutte aperte e funzionanti, come test firewall.
devo aprire le porte anche nella sede remota dove ce il telefono in stun?
se si quali? dalla 14000 alla 14019 in UDP?

Yes, you have to open the ports at the remote office for each of the remote phones.

Each STUN phone can should its own unique ports, which you can see under the extension settings (see my previous screenshot).

If you have more than 2-3 phones at that one office, consider using the SBC which will make your life much easier

grazie per la collaborazione, ti chiedo un'ultima domanda le porte che apro qui nella sede remota per dire dalla 14009 alla 14019 devo aprirle anche nella principale dove ho il centralino?

No you need only to open ports on location where you use the deskphones.For App no need

Hi Christian,

Not needed, but at the main office where you have the 3CX Server, you must already have opened all the correct ports from before (server ports UDP 9000 - 10999). If you already did this, then you do not need to do anything.
