Problems after upgrade to Ver 18

I recently upgraded from Ver 15.5 to Ver 18.1. During the upgrade Debian upgraded from Ver 8 to Ver 10. After the install he phone system worked however every 20 minutes all lines on each extension instrument light up and indicate an incoming calls, it stops after placing each line off-hook (answering it) or it stops automatically after each line rings about six times. I have checked everything that I can think of and am hoping someone can help and that it is something simple. I am also wondering if remnants of Version 5 still exists and could be causing the issue. I have placed a small section of the activity log below.

When you say this, can explain what exactly happens? Are your phones ringing? Where is the phone showing an incoming call, is it a BLF?

Also, I would suggest to remove the FXO and provision as per our guide: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/grandstream-fxo/

I have attached pictures showing one of the phones in the good and problem state. The problem occurs with all phones every 20 minutes. The phone shown has 6 lines, normally when a legitimate call comes in the specific line will flash red. In this case there is no legitimate incoming call, however the phone rings and all lines flash red. If one line is answered it turns green and the others remain flashing red until they are answered or until they time out.

I think I have rectified the authentication failure issue however this has not corrected the problem. Form the activity log below I believe it is connected to the Stun Server.. I have opened all the necessary ports in the firewall. Could it be related to The message about another stun server? I checked the processes running on Debian thinking that there were 2 STUN servers running but I could find any evidence of this.
