Problems Firefox and video meetings

Since Firefox version 130.0, video transmission no longer works in 3CX video meetings. The camera is definitely allowed in the browser and is also displayed as activated. Nevertheless, the video image remains black. Different cameras (internal and external) have also been tested and it still does not work. Does anyone else have this problem and perhaps a solution?

In the new version of Firefox, they partially implemented some parts we are using for background blurring, but they are not totally working and the result is a black video.
We are working to fix this problem.

A fix has been pushed out. It will be available for everyone in 20 minutes.

If you don't see the fix in 20 minutes, wait a little while longer or restart you 3CX Gateway Service on your PBX or refresh your browser cache.
