Good morning everyone, in a managed PBX, I can't set the backup to FTP. The PBX shows an error under Select Folder /Path --> "unable to connect to FTP".
The credentials are correct and on all other PBXs it works correctly.
A check has also been made directly from the machine where the 3cx server is located and works from there.
Are there any particular settings concerning the connection to the FTP server directly from the 3cx interface?
