Hello All
I have installed 3cx on Google Cloud the 3cx is 15.5.15502.6.and set up some extensions ,softphone and 3cx clients on mobile phones to help familiarise myself with the pbx
My background is in traditional PBX's
The issue I have at the moment is with calls to the 3cx client on mobile phones. As long as the phone is active calls go through great. If the phone goes to sleep calls go through occasionally seems to depend how long the phone is asleep.First thing in the morning after the phone been asleep overnight calls will always fail.
Phone is Huawei Honor 6 on Android 7,3cx version is 15.5.344.492
I have disabled "Close after screen locked" in the app
I have set Enable PUSH in settings
I have followed the guide to use FCM for PUSH and copied the keys and id in client options.
I have set the phone to wifi only and also to 4g only same issue exists
I have been checking this forum and tried all suggestions without success.
I read the article- link below- and it seems that a register request should contain a pn type and a pn prid in the request which I havent seen in the the requests in the activity log
Is this how PUSH is implemented in 3cx?
The mobile phone does not seem to hold the registration When I open the app the it says "waiting for network" followed by "available" Is this normal?
How can I identify a push notification, what does it look like in wireshark trace
Any and all help greatly appreciated

Could you register for our BETA program to receive/install the soon to be released 3CX Client for Android? After installing it, could you see if the issue persists?

Now if you really want to debug and see if a PUSH request actually truly arrives to your phone, you'll need to install ADB/Logcat or just install Android Studio and search for: "Received FCM message" and make sure logging is done to a file otherwise logs tend to cycle and you'll lose whatever you logged every 5 minutes. I'll have to redirect you to Google Search for other questions.
