Problems with receiving pictures multiple times

Hi, we have 31 Whatsapp for Business Accounts added to the SIP-Trunks of our 3CX installation.

There are multiple types of accounts

it doesnt matter which picture we send its always the same thing account specific

TYPE 1 (receives picture 2 times):
If a customer send an image it is received as picture, and a 2nd message is received with "whatsapp: Unsuported message type 'image' is received"

TYPE 2 (receives picture 3 times):
On some accounts we get 2 pictures and 1 message with "whatsapp: Unsuported message type 'image' is received"


TYPE 3 (receives picture x times):
Those are rare but we have 1 account which receives a picture 18 times and 1 "whatsapp: Unsuported message type 'image' is received" message


We configured every account exactly the same, so i really dont know why the error happens
Is this a known bug or do I do something wrong i dont know

maybe it is related to my problem
to clarify the picture is only sent once from the customer but received 2,3 or multiple times like listed above

Regarding your question, with 3cx in update 5, you must ensure that you only have ONE WhatsApp configured Mata application for each Meta/Facebook developer account and ONE corresponding WhatsApp trunk in 3cx.

Although I would suggest first updating the system to the latest supported release, update 6!

To clarify
We do have 31 apps and 31 Whatsapp for Business accounts
And we use each token for only 1 number
But yes, i will update soon to Update 6 or even 7 after it seems to be released soon

Yes, just select the paperclip symbol and send an image file or other file and it works
