Process of disabling Microsoft 365 user sync

Hello, I am in need of disabling microsoft 365 user sync in my environment and was wondering if there was any guidance on how this should be handled? Is there a way to provision new login credentials/welcome emails for all microsoft 365 users? I assume nothing will directly happen to the accounts, other than the Sign-in with Microsoft being disabled and the user needing to know their direct 3cx credentials if they want to get into the web portal/client app.

I can probably do this manually for each user, but if there is a better process I'm all ears.

v20 you press the 365 button at the top of extensions page and uncheck it. Then go in to 365 Azure and delete the app.

We are on v18. It seems easy enough to disable, but I am wondering about how I should handle the user side of it. Should I just send welcome emails again? Do I need to manually reset everyone's password?

if they were using SSO to login and don’t know their 3CX password then yes you should resend welcome email. Or wait and they can do a forget password.
