We are currently on-premise using a windows server. I want to switch to 3cx hosting. I have an up-to-date license. Do I pay the hosting fee to the partner we we currently use and then get a login to transition to their hosting? Just trying to figure out the process so I can plan accordingly. Thanks!

Take a full backup, shutdown the Windows server (or uninstall but not recommended before testing the new setup.)

Then, login to your customer portal and go into your license. You will need to "upgrade" the license to add hosting and then click the "Switch to Hosted" link.

From there, follow the instructions and upload your backup when asked for.

@daveh82, we recommend contacting your 3CX partner to discuss migration hosted by 3CX, as there are some requirements that need to be checked.
Partner can also arrange a necessary upgrade of your subscription to include hosting.

We recommend checking the requirements for hosted by 3CX systems before the actual migration.
