Solved Professional license to Enterprise upgrade

Hello since many years I have pro license. Now I see that with V20 some features that before were included with pro version are not included.
If I remember well there was an email from 3CX that there is a free upgrade to enterprise for PRO users. How to have it?
For example now I cannot upload anymore a welcome message on the QUEUE, it's because it's now a ENT feature?
Pls clarify. Thank you.

Hmm that's not right. You should make sure your license is actually still PRO on the system. We have a PRO lab system and I can upload an intro prompt no problem.


The free upgrade is only for those using a Windows system with a PRO key, as Windows installs will require ENT now (but this upgrade hasn't been done nor confirmed by the 3CX team, only briefly mentioned in blog posts.)

Sorry I checked and it's working, I didn't see first line where we have to flag it to enable and then you can select and/or upload any file.
