Since going to the v18 web app which deploys the "Desktop App", I'm not sure how to invoke those status changes by command line.

VasilisV_3CX Customer Joined Jan 12, 2021 Messages 4,360 Reaction score 951 Dec 10, 2021 #2 Hi @DrRob, I would be remiss not to mention that the 3CX Desktop App did not replace the Windows App. You can still send a Welcome Email in V18 and download the provisioning file and continue to use the Windows App if that is your requirement.
