PROMPT PLAYBACKS are choppy and stuttering

Hello!

I use CALL_FLOWS with PROMPT PLAYBACKS.

Phoning is fine and quality is good. Server is fast and sufficient.

But the PROMPT Playbacks are stuttering and choppy. Is used the link from 3CX homepage to generate the WAVs. This should be fine therefore.

What can i improve? How to install improved codecs? other solutions?

Are you using the 3CX CFD and cache prompts from the CFD?
