Hello everyone,

We have just set up a 3cx server (V20 Debian based) on a local VM. The functions all seem to work perfectly, only the provisioning of the DECT Manager W80DM from Yealink is causing problems. We have followed the instructions but the following error message with ID 30040 appears:
"Provisioning file /provisioning/c11evXXXXXX7x/805EC0XXXXXX.cfg requested by IP-Address could not be generated"

We have not made any changes to the template and have had no problems with 2 other IP telephones from Yealink.
On the network side we have no restrictions between DM and 3cx and a successful 443 connection is established at DM startup to pull the cfg.
Can someone perhaps help with this and provide a solution?
Best regards

Hi there.
You can check :
- restart services of the Phonesystem
- ensure the firmware is up to date
- if the IP is not blacklisted on the Phonesystem end.

Let us know how it goes

Thank you for your answer. We have checked the list but it did not help. The provisioning still fails.

Can you please advise if your W80 is registered via the SBC, and if by any chance the SBC is offline?

We do not connect the W80 via SBC, we are using the Local LAN / VPN Option.

So if you put a provisioning URL in the browser (since it's a local network it should be HTTP then),
for example, http://10.156.0.27:5000/provisioning/w88tnXXXXXX/805EC0XXXXXX.cfg
Does the Phonesystem generate the config file?
Thank you very much for the quick response.
We seem to have found the problem. The generated Provision-link is https and does not work. The provisioning works perfectly as an http link.
Thank you for your support.
Kind regards
Michael
