Hi all.

I hope you can help.

We have started to sell 3CX to our customer but each time we provision a new site and auto provision a phone it locks us out of our account with - access to xxxx.3cx.cloud was denied.
Its happened on every new account we setup. I can access the account no problem from another IP address i.e. on 4G but for about 24/48 hours its like our office IP is blacklisted.

Anyone have this happen before?

Ensure the phones are on the latest firmware before adding them as router phones. Either via manual update, or I've also added the phone as a normal phone, updated firmware through 3CX, then deleted the phone and reset it to add it again as a router phone.

On a self-hosted/on premises server you can Allow your office IP but that isn't available on SMB.

Thank you so much!

That’s the issue, I’ll know for next time.

Thank again,

Ross

It is very important to use the latest firmware to avoid this situation.
