Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 486 Alpha) with Enterprise License running on prem on a Windows2019 Server

Since updating to Update 6 (Build 486 Alpha) the Team panel now only shows extensions in the users department. Before it showed everyone in the whole organisation.
That was good as we use 3CX as the organisations internal phone book. Our users like it because they are able t see presence info and status etc when calling people in other departments.

Now they can only see their own department. This is happening even though the option "Publish Department Information to all extensions" is definitely selected for all departments.
In fact selecting or unselecting this option seems to have no effect at all.

Is there a fix for this, or have I missed something?

I am getting alot of flak because of this. V20 has not gone down well at all with our users, and I need to get them back on side.

Any help, as always is much appreciated.

Check the View tab for those affected users. Check that the Presence is checked for all departments. That's how you choose what they can see.

Ahhhhh, so simple!!!!! That it alright.
Sadly I have to go and do this for every single user. Ah well, time to get clicking.

Thanks so much :)

You can bulk edit, the View tab will be there.

You do not need to have View>>presence enabled on other users in order to be able to see the Department in question.
The fact that you are enabling "Publish depatment information to all extensions" should make other extensions be able to see the extensions in that department.
What I would suggest you check is whether or not the extensions belonging to that department hae the "Hide User" option enabled under the Options tab of each extension.
