Purging of Call History

What does call history purge do exactly and is it worth doing it?

Does it delete all records on 3cx only / or database entries as well?

This will permanently delete all call logs from the PBX. This will reflect to call reports as well.

Thanks a lot for the response. So not even call reports will work? Seems better if I don't do it then. I was just wondering if all those logs stored will use a lot more system resources. I don't think I will delete them then Thanks
