Push does not work after smartphone restart

We have an issue at the office that when we restart a smartphone the push service is not working. We need to start the app one time to active push. Is it possible to set up the app so that push always activates after a restart?

Hi Mitch,

The app has been tested and does work after a phone restart, but depending on what device/version/manufacturer you use, they might be ignoring it even if we send the push, until you restart the app.

Some things that are up to the manufacturer we are not able to control unfortunately.

Please, now it seems all devices are not waking up during an incoming call. Any suggestions
