We have been requested by client to embed a VoIP softphone client into existing mobile app (android for now) and connected to their existing 3CX IP-PBX.
Thus we had a go with 3CX server along with 3CX native app where is works perfectly except when using 3rd party VoIP app such as CounterPath BRIA, Abto or even Zoiper, CallKit does not launch when the app is closed. In short, no Push Notification.
And this is the same behavior for our custom mobile app embedded with VoIP softphone client.
Is it possible to have 3CX trigger our app just like how it trigger 3CX native app through FCM? Perhaps sending token to 3CX.
