Let me explain my problem:
I tried with two phones:
Galaxy Cover ( Android 8.1.0 ) SM-G390F - last 3cx app: 643 / without card sim, only on internal company wifi
Galaxy S8 (Android 8.0.0) SM-G950F - last 3cx app: 643 / with card sim but desactived, only on internal company wifi
I'm walking with both phones to an area out of wifi range, the both phones lose the wifi. I lock the screen on the both phones and come back to the area with wifi range and try to call. The both phones doesnt ring (I think it's due to the wifi roaming). I wait 5 five minutes and I heard the notification, I tried to call and the both phones didn't ring. I unlock the both phone and try again and my Galaxy XCover ring but not my S8. I move to an other phone and try again. Only my Xcover ring, I tried 10 seconds after and the both rings....I move to an other phone and the both rings again.
I tried the both phones on many conditions and I sure that the 3cx application is not stable.
If I tried the same think just with my X Cover, sometimes he doesn't ring and I need to unlock the screen to have notification and receive a phone call.
I also tried to install my sip account on the native android application and the phone always ring/wake up (just not the first minutes when I m back to the wifi area- (probably due to the roaming). If I have the both application (sip on native and 3cx) the sip native app wake up (phone ring) but I receive the 3cx notification only if I unlock the screen so the 3cx is still sleeping...
I ve very tired with the 3cx application....could someone help?
Note: I ve reconfigured the firebase before the tests.
