Push problem

I have a System V 12.5 that until a few days ago worked with push perfectly.

These days calling push does not work, the android phone only receives the notification of the missed call

Call forwarding is set to 60 seconds .
We also noticed that even when the phone goes into sleep mode, when i open 3cxphone it not registered , i must switch from on-office and out-office for re-register phone

Any ideas?
