Putting calls on hold crashes softphone

Hi,

We are putting calls on hold and when we try to remove it from hold again the soft phone keeps the call on hold and after a few seconds it crashes any ideas ?

Is this new or has it been an issue for a while? I had this happen to one person yesterday so I am keen to know if it is going to be an issue with the latest upgrade. We keep a copy of all the previous versions so we can roll back from an upgrade.

What version are you on? Settings->Advanced Settings->About
We are on 15.5.12227.5

That is exactly the version we are using hope there will be a fix if it is being caused with the new update.
