Solved PWA App Presence for 1 extension not showing.

I have one user I moved to another PC and installed the PWA App.
I added our 3cx server to allowed in Chrome and Edge.
However, I still cannot see the extension in my PWA app.

Regarding your question, have you activated notifications in the PWA by clicking the bell icon at the top right corner of the PWA?

I don't see a bell icon in the PWA App for the users extension

In the users PWA app it shows he is available. however, I cannot see the users presence in my app.
The user also, has a physical phone that is connect and shows as available.
In the admin console it shows the user is available.

Is this user in the same department as you? If so, do they have the option set under the View tab in the extension settings to show presence?

I have him in the all department and have the department set to show presence for all

Check also under the extesnion settings options tab of their extension is not set to 'hide user'.

Just to be clear, it's not on the user, it's in the web client. All parties should enable notifications:
