Hi, have you tested any of different scenario below to see if any change of outcome?
(a) PWA persisting app deployed from Edge
(b) non-PWA edge browser app 3cx calling directly
(c) PWA persisting app deployed from Chrome
(d) non-PWA chrome browser 3cx calling directly
and otherwise,
-is the device on wifi network or hard wire network?
- do you have any hints of network stable-vs-unstable (ie, brief wifi network drop ? is possible?)
for what it is worth as a data point, my 3cx (PWA Agent) on Win10Laptop - is ~solid and I can have calls in duration exceeding >hour(s) and 'it just works' very solidly as a baseline. My 3cx server is not-local standalone - self- managed-hosted box (ie, running in a montreal data centre - on a ~suitable VM - about 40ms away according to normal ping test.and about 1200km away as the car drives.
are you confident there are no other possible issues (ie, Antivirus, Endpoint protection firewall agent on computer, or 'edge firewall device' that might do traffic inspection, interfere type of things?).
can you easily do a sanity test control, for example, same network context, same (wifi data? if wifi connection path?) - from a smartphone - 3cx app - and see if your problems are network specific vs (laptop/PWA specific?)
and-or test from different computer (ie, another laptop or desktop/PC/etc) - in same network - same network context - same (or different?) browser / PWA vs not-PWA / and how those tests go might give insight as well, if the problem is "computer specific" vs "browser specific" vs "network specific" ?
