Solved PWA notification issue

Hi all,

I have noticed an issue where a user isnt being notified a call is being received in the PWA. I have been through the notification settings and PUSH notification settings with a fine toothcomb and when the PWA is minimised (not closed), unless the user has their headset on, they wouldn't know a call was coming in. If the app is maximised, then the notification can be seen, but not all users would have the PWA maximised at all times.

I could have sworn in V18 that the PWA would notify even when minimised.

EDIT - I've tried a V18 instance, and this has the same behavior so now i'm not sure if it ever notified when minimised...

Self resolved. It appears that Windows 11 has tiers of notifications and even the slightest mismatch in these notifications causes havoc!
