PWA Users still showing Available when PC's are off

Howdy,

We are on the latest V20 build and due to the old V18 Desktop app no longer working with it (we don't like the V20 Desktop app yet) i have switched all users to PWA. In saying this, staff are used to just switching off their PC's are night and their status would go to Not Registered which is good.

With PWA, they remain Available and this affects queue processing after hours and is causing late night staff to contact day staff because it shows that they are available.

Apart from staff training and requesting they Log Off each day (we all know how well that works), what's another workaround for others?

I am really shocked that V20 can't just poll the users extension and if it doesn't respond, automatically mark it as Not Available.

What can be done as a workaround is to configure individual office hours for each extension from the Schedule tab of each extension and also enable the option to automatically switch the status to available during office hours.

Doing so, when the users go out of office, the status will go to DND so that they cannot be reached.

Thanks Nikolas however that "big" workaround is not possible to do for a variety of reasons.

From what i am noticing is a pattern of this issues since V20 was released. Shouldn't your team be dealing with this issue head on rather than advising unnecessary workarounds etc?
