PWS can't put on hold

Hi.
I use the PWA client with the V20 pbx.
During an external call, I can't put the call on hold or mute it, also I can't use the keypad, which I often need when calling companies.
Can you help me solve this problem?
The user I am testing this with has the system owner rights.
