Q manager checking SMS

Hi guys

its been a while since ive used this feature.

I've got a Q manager looking over the Q in chat but cannot see open or archived SMS. Is this supposed to be posssible?

I've got chats set to close after 1 day but unfortunately, because of staff shifts this isnt soon enough.

Extensions are getting "chat is open with a different extension" when trying to send an SMS.

Im logged in as Q manager but cannot see any of the SMS.

Can parameter CLOSE_CHAT_AFTER_DAYS be set to 0.5?

If a chat is in the queue, you will be able to see the messages that are coming into the queue by selecting the Queue in the top right hand menu in chat



WebinarSMS is the name of the queue in this case.

Also, 1 is the minimum value for the number of days to close the chats.

Then it is not part of the Queue. Queue calls and chats are only incoming. Everything that was outgoing is not considered as part of the queue.

So the only way to sort this is a chat purge?
