Q-SYS overhead paging and 3CX - interoperability?

Good morning, all!

We have a small enterprise customer who is converting over to hosted 3CX. They need to overhaul their overhead paging to meet health and safety requirements, primarily in the plant areas. They have contacted their previous overhead paging vendor who is recommending a Q-SYS system (qsys.com). There's a core box that will go in the datacenter and distribute according to dial groups, and networked loudspeakers and amplifiers to actuate the paging. We're basically responsible for everything up to the switch interface and they're responsible for everything after that point.

Has anyone had experience with this vendor, and how did you resolve any conflicts or issues?

Hi, please note that these devices are not tested from us, if they support the sip protocol you would need to configure them manually following the steps in this document behind a 3CX SBC, for further assistance with these device you have to contact the vendor.
