I've got a Q with 3 agents in. This Q has the QCB feature.
This Q went live yesterday.

Apparently something's going wrong causing the SC limit to max out.

Is this data telling me i've got all these calls waiting for 3CX to initiate a call? Im assuming 3CX isnt dialling these out yet until the agent is available?

That's correct, the entries you see with "[QCB]" in the "Caller" column and "Waiting in Queue" in the details column are Queue callbacks waiting for an available agent. Once an agent becomes available and actually answers one of those calls, then a call will be placed outward to the original caller.

EDIT: Do note that QCB calls in this state do not consume an SC. Are there perhaps other "normal" calls that are causing the license limit to be reached?

Is that 100% fact that QCB do not consume an SC?

I mean a 32SC license seems like plenty when this PBX doesnt normally have that much traffic pre going live on this Q. They never ever hit the limit.

@ChrisC_3CX Just on a side note. Are failed QCB's included in the abandoned call statistic or is it purely in the failed call back numbers?

Yes, it will not consume an SC while it's just a QCB waiting in the Queue.

They are also logged as abandoned Queue calls.
