Good Morning

I've got a Q set to prefix 444 when QCB is triggered.

obviously, outbound rule is set to remove these 4's but the email states the following:

A callback to 44444407xxxxxxxxx failed.

Queue: 808 [Support Line Q]

Caller: 44407xxxxxxxxxx

Where has it got 444444 from?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll be looking into the matter, but, for the time being, what you can do is modify the Email template used for Failed Queue Callbacks.

Simply access the Management Console, navigate to "Settings >> Email >> Email Templates", select "Queue: Failed Callback" from the drop-down list and change the first variable from %%TOCALLER%% to %%CALLER%%. You should end up with something looking like this:

Code:
A callback to %%CALLER%% failed.

Queue: %%QUEUENUMBER%% [%%QUEUENAME%%]

Caller: %%CALLER%%

EDIT: This however will pose an issue if the caller requests that the callback is made to a different number. The "callback to" number will show the original caller number instead of the number the call was actually made to.
