QOS DSCP

Hi

We host our 3cx system using google cloud and have an SBC on every site due to firewall issue with N3 network

We have also been having a problem with sound breaking up on sites but this we believe is down to the internet pipe on the secure network they have stated they will enable QOS for voice going forward but for us to take advantage of it we need to

How do we mark our packets as requested above?

Hi @davidsimcox

So if I understand this correctly you want the traffic from the 3CX SBC to the 3CX PBX marked for QoS correct? If so then please note that the traffic from the SBC to the PBX is encrypted and encapsulated and its all routed through port 5090 so you may need to prioritize the traffic for the specific port.
