QR code missing from Welcome Letter

Hi. we just did a new system, and we are not seeing QR code on welcome letter sent to users. we can get to it via the web client; but that kind of defeats the purpose of being able to scan QR code and go. I'm wondering if I did something incorrect on this deployment, as this is the first system i've seen this happen on. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi guys

if you change parameter ATTACH_3CXCONFIG_WELCOMEEMAIL to 1 you will get the config and QR file.

though, I would only recommend turning this on as and when needed
