Query on Concurrent Call for 3CX

Hi,

I would like to know what will be the concurrent call for the below call scenario

Setup
a. 3CX is configured with a Digital Receptionist
b. For option 1 of the Digital Receptionist, it will call to a call queue
c. There is a inbound rule which routes DID to the Digital Receptionist

Caller calls the DID and later enter 1 into the call queue.

In terms of concurrent call, how many concurrent calls are there ?

Hi @Kwang Mien,

This scenario counts as 1 SC in use. The same call is being rerouted from DR to Queue, so it will continue being just 1 SC.
