Greetings -
I am trying to wrap my head around an anomaly I am seeing in our call reports generated by 3cx where a caller places a call and during the conversation the report indicates multiple inbound calls coming in from the initially called number. I think it may have to do with the 3cx cellphone app, but I am not sure. In the example below, Jeff initially calls out to a number from his cell phone.
6:38 into the call his extension replaces the call to the same extension it is on. It "seems" to me the app may be trying to hang on to a call that is having signal issues? I am going through our logs to see if this is happening on our IP phones, but I have not come up with any examples yet - plenty on the 3CX app or the web app, however. Any thoughts will be apprectiated.
