Good afternoon,
I would like to clarify a question: is it possible to use the Galaxy S24's simultaneous translation system integrated with 3CX during calls? Some of our customers work making international calls and recently asked us about the availability and operation of this functionality.
I contacted Samsung, and the response I received was as follows:
We thank you in advance for your attention and await your response so that we can correctly guide our customers.

Based on this information, I would like to know if 3CX has native support or some specific configuration that allows the integration and use of the Galaxy S24's simultaneous translation system in calls made through the application."The Galaxy S24's simultaneous translation system is designed to work with a variety of communication applications, but specific compatibility with 3CX may depend on how the application is implemented and your device's settings. To use simultaneous translation, you will need to enable the feature in your phone's settings and, in some cases, grant specific permissions to the application you are using. It is recommended that
you check your device's accessibility and language settings, as well as refer to the 3CX documentation for possible guidance or specific settings for using simultaneous translation during
international calls to validate that the feature works."
We thank you in advance for your attention and await your response so that we can correctly guide our customers.
