Hi there,
Sorry if this question is a confusing mess, Just trying to understand if there's anything extra I need to do before I replace an SSL Cert.
We have a 3CX with custom FQDN and is also running an SBC.
Do I need to do anything extra when replacing the SSL Certificate and there's nothing extra to deal with on the SBC?
Cheers

That's great thank you. Just wanted to make sure there wasn't any curveballs with the SSL certs or anything I had to do with renewing the cert.

The SBC is very sensitive to the root certificates.

If your custom FQDN has additional root certificates and you don't apply them when you update the certificate into 3CX then the SBC will have issues and not connect.

@CentrexJ is right, make sure the full certificate chain is available including any intermediate certificates if they exist.

You should be able to obtain all required certificates from the ssl certificate provider.
