I got the free 1 year with google cloud
I don't have access or information on the server - so how can I make changes or edit the configuration?
How can I pay after the one year for the server?

The log in details arrived via email and on the screen.
Once in the console, you can click the license option to buy the app.

Or when you install the system you will see a screen with all the details you inputted on setup.

That being said if you did not setup this instance then contact your network administrator for the details. If you do not have the details you cannot access the system to make configuration changes.

Please note that the hosting for the 1 year free instance is done by 3CX so there is no way of accessing the OS of the installation.
After the 1 year period is over you will need to move the installation to your own instance. You cannot extend the hosting, you can however extend the licence.
