There appears to be a bug with the Queue Login and Out.

An ext can dial *62 to login. The manager of the queue, using the 3CX Client, can see the ext has logged in. Now, if the queue manager logs the ext out by right clicking the ext and selecting "Log out from queue", the ext is logged out.

At this point, the ext can no longer log back into the queue by dialing *62. Even dialing *63 to log out and *62 to log back in, the ext shows logged out on the queue manager screen.

It is not until the manager right clicks on the ext and selects "Login to queue" will the *62 and *63 begin working again for the ext.

We are using 3CX Pro 15.0.62928.5 on Linux

Does this phone that is being logged in and out of the queue have more than one queue that they are a member of? If so, then I believe that this is "by design", see the "Explicit (Selective) LogIn and LogOut" section of this page: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pbx-queue-status/

Thanks for the info. There is only 1 queue in the system. This issue applies to all ext. Reading the "Explicit (Selective) LogIn and LogOut" section, it does appear to be by design. "When using the switchboard to login or logout from the Queues, this action is persistent."

The manager will log people out the queue who may have forgot to log out, making it impossible for the user to log by in via the phone.

It would be nice to have an option to disable persistent.

Again, Thanks for the response.
